Head office
Meet Rebecca Hall, Jodi Williamson & Sue Taylor.

Rebecca Hall
Senior Administrator
I joined NZ Grazing in 2017, stepping into the dairy industry with a fresh perspective and zero farming experience. It was a bold shift from my earlier roles in automotive administration, but one that’s led to eight years of learning, growth, and a deep appreciation for the dairy industry. From city life to cow talk, it’s been an unexpected but rewarding journey.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Theatre Studies from Victoria University of Wellington, with a background in stage management. While theatre remains a personal passion, my Monday-to-Friday now revolves around operations, systems, and creative strategy at NZ Grazing. Over time, I’ve blended my creative interests into my role—managing our website, social media, and digital content with the same eye for detail I once brought to the stage.
Outside the office, I’m most in my element spending time with friends and family, heading off on weekend adventures, and diving into creative projects—pottery, baking, DIY, you name it. I love bringing that hands-on energy into everything I do.
Jodi Williamson
Adminstrator
I grew up on a sheep and beef farm and now live in Kaimata on an 8-acre lifestyle block with husband Aaron and our one-year-old daughter, Ava. We usually rear a handful of beef calves each year and are slowly renovating our house – there’s always something that needs doing so that keeps
us busy.
I spent my youth on horseback; competing nationally (once internationally) in Western Riding and have served on the local club committee for several years, with a stint as President as well. I also love dogs and have competed as much as possible in agility events across the North Island. I have had a bit of a hiatus since having our daughter, so I am looking forward to getting back into it as soon as I can. Hopefully Ava will enjoy coming along as well.
If I find myself with any spare time, I love to sit down with a good book or movie and a cold beverage or two.
As the newest member of the team I have enjoyed the variety of work and good hearted banter of all members of the company.
Sue Taylor
Office Leader
From a dairy farm upbringing in South Taranaki to urban living today, my life has been a rich blend of rural roots and diverse experiences. My early years were spent in Central and North Taranaki, actively involved in farm life while attending small country schools.
After banking, I spent 12 years raising four children on a 200-acre Uruti property, deeply embedded in community committees, often as treasurer. This led to 17 years in dairy farming, eventually shifting to beef breeding. Throughout this time, even with two more children, community involvement and Rural Women remained important.
Thirteen years ago, I embraced town life, moving into the construction industry. As of January 2025, I’m thrilled to be part of the New Zealand Grazing Company, where I feel genuinely supported and valued.
Weekends with my husband are all about the freedom of urban living: coffee, sports, and our shared passion for motorsports, especially the Australian/NZ Supercars. And yes, I’m also a powerlifter, holding a GPC world record for the single lift squat in my age and weight class!
