Bridget Clark has worked as a manager for New Zealand Grazing Company for over 10 years. She brings a strong knowledge of farming having grown up on a sheep and beef farm and managing dairy farms. This has given Bridget a good knowledge and understanding of what’s important to farmers.

As the General Manager of New Zealand Grazing, my career is anchored by a lifelong connection to Kiwi farming. From growing up on a Manawatū sheep-and-beef hill country farm to dairy farming in the Waikato and heifer grazing in Hawkes Bay, I know firsthand the hard work that goes into running a successful operation. I’ve also spent time in the research space, in dairy farm production and cattle fertility research to understand the science behind a high-performing herd.
My dual farming background perspective (drystock and dairy farming) is why I believe so strongly in what we do here. New Zealand Grazing is more than just a service—it’s a complete grazing management system backed by over 30 years of refinement.
Our team is carefully selected and rigorously trained to support our growers and dairy farmers alike. We handle the strategy and the day-to-day care required to return well-grown, productive, in-calf dairy heifers to their owners.
Home for me is rural Central Hawke’s Bay with my adult children, where I recharge by horse riding through the district with friends and growing a productive veggie garden.
